AUDIO VISUAL SALON ONLINE ENTRY

Before completing the online entry form you need to:

1. Read, understand and agree to the Guidelines and Rules of the competition

2. Know the titles you will give to each of your AV’s

3. Have prepared images which are representative of your AV's, ready to upload.

(Images must be saved in the jpg/jpeg format with a maximum size of of 1920px on the horizontal side and 1200px on the vertical side, resolution set to 300ppi and a maximum file size of 2.5MB[2560kb])

4. Prepared your Summary of Sequence (maximum 30 words): This is a quick summary of up to 30 words about your AV.

5. Know the Total Running Time in Minutes and Seconds of your Audio Visual.

6. Have decided how you will be sending your AV's.

Entries to the 2023 AV Salon will open Monday 1st May 2023

Closing Date: 12.00 o'clock midnight, Tuesday 6th June 2023 NZT (GMT +12 hours)
