Accepting Entries from: 8.00am Monday 1st May 2023 NZT (GMT +12 hours)

Closing Date: 11.59pm, Wednesday 7th June 2023 NZT (GMT +12 hours)

Judging: Friday 16th, Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th June 2023 NZT (GMT +12 hours)

Results Notified: On or before 30th June NZT (GMT +12 hours) 

Presentation Evening: Saturday 12th August 2023 NZT (GMT +12 hours)

Important Notes for 2023

NB:  Authors name now allowed in the credits at the end of an Audio Visual.

Entry Submission:

All entries must now be submitted using WeTransfer.

Entry Fees:

NZD $25.00 for the first AV entry and NZD $12.00 for each additional AV entry.

AV Time Limits:

Time limit for the 'Documentary' category is Seven (7) minutes.

Time limit for 'Theme', 'Music, Poetry & Song' and 'The world of Nature' categories is Five (5) minutes.

Summary of Sequence (maximum 30 words):

A 'Summary of Sequence' is required to go with your AV. This is a quick summary of up to 30 words about your AV. This will be available to the judges, spoken and/or written, prior to the viewing of your AV, and may be included in the catalogue and/or website.
